Awesome Bus Trips

We have used A Dream Limousine twice in the past two months for bachelor parties and have had nothing but great service. They were on time both times, in fact, they were 15 minutes early. The bus was clean and very comfortable for our entire party and the driver was very personable. I would recommend this company anytime.

Filthy limo

Rented Lincoln Towncar limo for combination family birthday/congratulatory event. Outside of limo had rust. Inside was atrocious. Motor oil had spilled on the floor of the limo. Unfortunately it wasn't obvious until I knelt on the floor and ruined a pair of pants. Ruined what was supposed to be a fun night. Driver was courteous but simply said he doesn't normally drive the limo so it wasn't his fault. I haven't heard back from the limo company on how they planned to make up for it.

When notified of this event, I immediately inspected the limousine for any residue on the floor and found the floor to only need a vaccuuming, with no sign of any form of oils. Due to his concerns, Mr. Sutton was offered my apologies, along with three free hours in any of the vehicles that we have in order to make up for this discouraging event. I have yet to hear from him to schedule that time. We at A Dream Limousine strive for complete customer satisfaction from the beginning of the relationship right to the end.
